PUBLIC TENDER OPEN TO ALL NATIONAL BIDDERS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR BIOMASS IN AGRO-ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
The Director of the Higher School of Agronomy of "El Bayth" Mustaghanim announces a public tender for the acquisition of laboratory equipment for biomass in agro-ecology and environmental protection.
The tender is open to all national bidders.
The purpose of this tender is to acquire equipment for the "El Bayth" Higher School of Agronomy, specialized in "Agro-Ecology and Environmental Protection".
The bidders must be registered in the Trade Register (R.C.) and possess a valid tax identification number (N.I.F.) and a valid identification number for basic economic activities (N.A.F.I.A.), as well as a valid municipal business tax (C.P.A.E.) registration.
The tender is divided into the following lots:
LOT 01: ACQUISITION OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR BIOMASS IN AGRO-ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
The specifications and tender documents can be obtained from the Directorate of the Higher School of Agronomy of "El Bayth" Mustaghanim upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000.00 DA.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
The deadline for submission of tenders is fifteen (15) days from the date of the first publication of this tender notice in the national press or the electronic bulletin of the Public Procurement Observatory (BOMOP).
Tenders must be submitted in three (3) envelopes, clearly labeled as follows: "Tender Offer", "Technical Offer", and "Financial Offer".
The submission deadline is strictly enforced.
The tender will be opened in a public session on the date of the deadline, at 13:00, at the Higher School of Agronomy of "El Bayth" Mustaghanim.
The submitted bids must include the following documents:
For the company:
- Copy of the company registration certificate (RC).
- Copy of the tax identification number (NIF).
- Copy of the municipal business tax (CPAE).
- Copy of the NAFIA registration.
- Company's financial statements for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023, 2024).
- Copy of the company's articles of association.
- Legal declarations regarding the company's status.
- Documents allowing the assessment of the bidders' capabilities.
Financial Capabilities:
- Financial statements for the years 2022 and 2023, as well as the relevant references.
Technical Capabilities:
- Certificates of achievement and qualifications related to the required equipment.
- Proof of successful execution of previous contracts, including proof of payment.
Lot 02: TECHNICAL PROVISIONS AND EQUIPMENT FOR LABORATORY ANALYSIS.
The bid must be submitted according to the attached model, specifying the model, date, and signature.
All technical specifications must be clearly detailed, including the make, model, and origin of the equipment.
The technical data sheets for the equipment must be provided and signed.
The tender file must contain the following:
The financial offer should be submitted in a separate envelope, indicating the model number, date, and signature.
